4.5 It was an excellent read and I got fully immersed (to the point I couldn’t put the book down) and read the first 350 pages in a single breath.
And then we started learning more about the system of magic and, as I am a big linguistics and langue nerd, I was left a bit wanting (and maybe annoyed)
However, it only lasted for about couple dozen pages or so, because the 3rd and last part was spectacular !
To sum this up : I reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally liked the book.
But I’m not sure I loved it.
However : I highly recommend you read it yourself. It’s undoubtedly a memorable one.
