where do i begin... im a little disappointed LMFAO like i still enjoyed reading and im going to miss the characters and the weird little cute town as this is the last book of the series.

finn is my least favourite rhodes brother and i think olivia deserves better. shes better than me bc id kill him i feel like olivia is different in this book than how she was in the rest, she was a bit out of character maybe? or i had thought of her completely differently. other than those points, it's an okay story but i liked the previous ones more.

my favourite book of the series yet! i didn't expect that id like this more than the previous one. it was very funny and reading about how holden (the grumpiest mf in the whole town) is super smitten with sadie was adorable.
when they finally admit that they love each other and she will stay in queen's dove, i checked how many pages i have left. over 200 and i was like uh-oh.
the angst was good and realistic.

loved it but theres one thing i'm confused about:
why did she ask him to teach her to be 'a hot girl'? it didnt make sense to me - because he slept with hot girls? ...?
but nonetheless, i didn't mind that so much. the jealousy in this ATE, the angst was good and the main couple's chemistry and tension are top tier. i didn't expect the smut scenes to be that explicit since the previous book's scenes weren't in my opinion (or maybe they were but i had forgotten). an excellent beach read (they surf!).
funny relaxing fast-paced

a cute funny story and a fake dating trope well done

may this love find me TODAY

NOW THIS..... THIS IS AMAZING. i loved every single thing and i didn't expect the angst in this - it wasn't too angsty but it was enough to make me tear up a little (okay, maybe its because it hit close home) i enjoyed reading from the start to end and the miscommunication was A LOT better that it was presented in the previous two books. the descriptions and details of desserts and baked goods are top tier. like damn, now i want a butter croissant too...

all in all, the book is funny, cute and super super sweet.
also if a romantic book has an escape room scene then its immediately 5 stars.

i enjoyed reading this more than the first one. such a beautiful romantic story and i love beckett/evie. the reason why i didnt give 4 or 5 stars is because of the angst/lack of it. like in the first book it was almost same thing in here. miscommunication is, strangely, something i like in stories if its done well -- in this one, it was somewhat easily preventable? nonetheless, lovely characters and cute vibes. the steaminess between them was great thouuuughhhhhh.... thats the .75 stars LOL
