14 Ways to Die by Vincent Ralph

oh my god. how do I even explain this, this book is EVERYTHING. it gave me chills every single time. Although I had a list of the main 3 suspects I still found myself suspecting a new character every other chapter.
The Murder Game by Carrie Doyle

as a frequent crime reader, no other book has confused me between good and bad parties like this. at every turning page, i was suspecting a new person, but for HIM to be the murderer? omg that was what you call a plot twist.
If You Could See the Sun by Ann Liang

OH MY GOOD. THIS IS THE BEST BOOK IVE READ IN A WHILE.
honestly i wasn't so THAT sure that it'll turn out well, but this exceeded my expectations. alice's character, the problems faced by middle-class families, her desire to stay up, it hit home. this book is my therapy book and honestly, im never going to let it go.

Queen of Hearts by Colleen Oakes
Dinah's strength. Her hatred. Her curiosity. How she hated her father. How much she loved her brother. All of it was too relatable and hit home.
This book is what I call home. It had me awake at nights and daydreaming during days as to what would happen in the next chapter. And the ending? best.
When I found it on Pinterest, i was reluctant to start this series, but i am more than glad i picked this up because this is what i call and ACTUAL fantasy

oh.my.gosh.
i have NEVER rated ANY fantasy book 5 stars before this book because something had always seemed missing. something I longed for. and yet, this book had the same exact thing in it.

The Words We Keep by Erin Stewart

ONLY IF I COULD RATE IT MORE THAN 5 STARS.
Did you have to hurt me like this? Did you have to take the story so smoothly and amazingly at the start and then start a whole rollercoaster at the end?
Overall I CRIED, and I don't usually cry due to books. ERIN STEWART YOU HAVE STOLEN MY DAYS AND NIGHTS DUE TO THIS ONE BOOK I LOVE YOU AND I HATE YOU FOR THAT. Adding to that Lily's character was so amazing and well-built. And I loved how it wasn't the usual 'the girl gets fixed after meeting the guy' but in fact was the 'the girl and her family have better connections, everything's fine now.'
I will never forget this book and will forever keep it close to my heart. I love you Lily for being my hope <3
