How to Be a Woman by Caitlin Moran

Although I didn't agree with every point made in this book (especially the abortion chapter) I think that Caitlin Moran brings up some very very interesting points. If you're into feminist rants then read it but if you're not too interested in feminism then I wouldn't recommend it. I was going to give this book three stars but the final chapter (intervention) really really got me thinking about shiz so I decided to give it four stars instead :)

When reading this novel, you have to go in with an open mind. Prepare to despise each and every character to their very core, honestly, they're jerks. But, they are a part of what makes The Great Gatsby such an immensely great book to read. If you're a literature geek like myself, I'd suggest doing some background reading into the 1920s as it will make the book a much more enjoyable read.

all I would like to say is that I thank Patrick Ness for the existential crisis.

such a nice girly book, thought lauren myracle's story was a bit of a let down compared to the other two but so so cute! Essentially three separate stories that all tie into one.. very well written :)
