This book will have you wanting to grab a nice cold cocktail while you read. I enjoyed this book, it was a fun and light quick read. I liked the dynamics between Mel, Kade, and Bebe. This book did leave me wanting more though, I wish there was a little more emotional depth on the page (and a few more spicy scenes because the ones that were in the book were fab). This is a great book for people wanting to dive into their first book involving a polyamorous relationship. I think fans of Love & Other Disasters by Anita Kelly would enjoy this one.

Wow I can’t believe I waited so long to read this book! I really enjoyed reading this book. It offers up banter and a fun interesting plot while also weaving grief throughout the story. Jessica Joyce did an excellent job of balance the elements of this book. Theo and Noelle are exactly what the other needed. Somehow despite being high school rivals (or maybe because they were) they each other so clearly. I enjoyed seeing their relationship progress and evolve over the course of the road trip. I loved that they had their journey together but also their growth as individuals. Side note don’t let the grief theme fool you this book can be sexy af at moments. Also, can I just talk about how much I love Paul? He is the sweetest little soul. Honorable mention to the psychic, sign me up for one of her readings. I recommend this for fans of Here We Go Again by Alison Cochrun and Beach Read by Emily Henry.

This book is an easy fun read. Anna and Brody quickly develop a bond and fall head over boots for each other. He’s a singer on a break and she’s starting her life over after her fiancé cheated on her. They are supportive and bring out what the other needs. Brody is very protective of Anna and their relationship, really cherishing what he has found. There are a few scenes throughout the book that feel rushed and as if they are missing sentences or paragraphs. It pulls the reader out of the scene and disturbs the continuity of the story. Despite that I recommend this for the fun ranch vibes.

This is one of those books that will simultaneously give you tummy ache but have you compulsively turning the page. Your heart will ache for Kate and Beck and you will equally be shouting dear god get out of your own way. Kate and Beck are good for each other they give each other softness and tough love when they need it most. I really enjoyed watching them heal and find themselves on top of their love story. This book will put you through it but I recommend it for fans of an angsty vibe.

I went into this book a little stressed after how angsty book one was but this one was not nearly as tension filled. I actually was left wanting more. I enjoyed Lucie and Caleb’s story. Lucie is a great mom who really wants the best for her kids. Caleb is business focused and really hard on himself. I loved the scenes when he wasn’t in his head and just having fun with the kids. Honorable mention to Harrison, here’s to hoping he gets a book too. This was a quick read, I recommend it for fans of childhood crush trope mixed in with single mom, neighbors, and boss x employee.

I feel like this book could make a good limited series with all the drama and backdrop of the movie industry. I found Danny to be frustrating at times, he seemed so wishy washy and often did not think out how his actions or lack thereof would impact Kaliya. Equally as frustrating was the third act breakup. It was lengthy (unnecessarily) with quick resolution. I needed to see more work put in towards resolution as a couple so that it didn’t feel so rushed. That being said I did still enjoy reading this book. It is a solid romance by a debut author.

While I still enjoyed this book, it was my least favorite in the series thus far. I did not find the story or plot as compelling as the previous books. I had expected more tension and fireworks in the beginning of the book between Sloane and Xavier. They seemed to sort of fall into being a couple pretty quickly without significant tension to fight. I do feel that their emotional hang ups seemed realistic for the characters. I still recommend that fans of Ana’s read this book despite it not being as bold as others by her.

Rebecca Jenshak always delivers a fun lighthearted sports romance for the girlies. I enjoyed this one, especially with the unique twist of motocross and gymnastics. I liked Knox and Avery as a couple. They both supported each other’s drive for success in their sport, we love mutual appreciation. Once they get past their initial tensions Knox and Avery find this ease with each other, they just fit together. Honorable mention to all the scenes with the Holland brothers. I just love their family, they may tease one another but they deeply care about each other. I recommend this for fans of the Campus Wallflowers series.

Another hockey hottie for the books! Daddy P is exactly that, what a babe. Will has been through a lot and is a serious scared and loving MMC. Chloe is vibrant and caring bringing those she cares about out of their shells. Will is legitimately down bad crying at the gym for Chloe. They both are twisted up in their feelings while simultaneously building this deep connection under the guise of an agreement. I loved seeing how they supported one another while also working through their own personal journey to overcome their hang ups. We also just discuss how Ava is the sweetest little kiddo. I just loved her and her relationship with Will and Chloe grow as she opened up. Honorable mention to Arushi, Kandi please give us a novella with her and Uncle Mitch’s story!! I recommend this for fans of the single dad x nanny trope or hockey romances. You will regret not picking this one up.

If you loved the Sullivan series you will love book one of the Kings series! This book starts off with a bang- a bad blind date turned one night stand with another. Here for the drama of it all. Whip King is a babe. Hot firefighter who can cook and make furniture?? Sign me up! He’s such a sweetie and has it down bad for our girl Emily. Emily is very relatable- all about rules and plans. I loved seeing Whip make Emily feel safe and at home to relax and have fun release the pressures she puts on herself to be perfect. I equally loved how Emily brought out Whip’s sensitive side making him feel safe to share his fears and be vulnerable with her. The hot forbidden/secret spice didn’t hurt either. I absolutely loved this book and could not put it down. I am so excited to see where this series goes next. This book is great for fans of Quarterback Sneak by Kandi Steiner that are looking for similar vibes minus the football.
