Oh my gosh what a great ending to the Edens series!! Mateo and Vera have such a deep emotional connection, you will find yourself swooning at some points. You root for them as individuals and also as a couple. They are so supportive of each other, giving the other what they need most. I just loved Vera’s connection with Allie and all of the Edens, this one is perfect for the found family fans. This book is mostly dual POV but starts off just with Vera’s. I felt that this enhanced the story because you need the extra page space to dive into her head and understand her character. Like previous books in the series there are some suspenseful or tense moments but mostly this book relies on more emotional plot points. I didn’t want to finish reading this book, it has taken the top seed of my favorite in the series. I recommend this one for fans of found family, single dad, or small town romances.

Melanie Harlow can do no wrong, every book is just the perfect mix of sweet and spicy with the small town backdrop! I just love her writing style and this series has been a lot of fun. I really enjoyed Lexi and Devlin’s story. Marriage of convenience is a favorite trope of mine especially when it overlaps with Vegas wedding. I love how it forces the characters to see their lives and goals in a new light. These two really understood each other and balanced each other out nicely. Their hang ups were realistic and handled well. I will say I do wish we had some more scenes with the Buckley family but I loved that we got to have some crossover with the Cloverleigh Farms Next Generation series! I recommend this for fans of books with that cozy small town feeling but also offer up a fun spicy romance.

Laura Pavlov is a small town romance queen! This series has been her best work. I loved it start to finish. I knew Cage’s book would deliver- you have to love a grumpy single dad who is a softie for his daughter. I adored his relationship with Gracie, those scenes were my favorite! As for the romance, this second chance romance was great. I appreciated seeing Cage and Presley’s relationship evolve over the course of the book. They understood each other and deeply cared for each other. I also loved seeing Presley and Gracie develop a relationship. They became a cute little family of 3. This one will have you in your feels, I definitely teared up while reading. I recommend this one for fans of small town single dad romances!

Fans of Rewrite Our Story will enjoy this sequel! While less angsty than book 1, this book still delivers the same quality of hot spicy scenes. I liked Pippa and Camden and seeing their quick progression from antagonists to deep feelings. Camden is my favorite kind of billionaire- appears cold to the rest of the world but is a thoughtful softie to the woman you love. Honorable mention to the scene with his grandmother. This book is fun and spicy, I would recommend it!

I’m not a big poetry reader and unfortunately this book was not for me. I felt the proms were too abstract. I did not get anything out of reading them because I could not connect with the writing.

I really enjoyed this book, it was a mix of tension filled romance and some suspenseful drama in the B plot. I liked Dakota and Ryder, their friendship at the beginning of the book was clearly  steeped with their mutual love and pining. I appreciated how supportive and protective Ryder was. I absolutely loved any scene with him and Kayden- the sweetest!! I enjoyed seeing their relationship progress throughout the book. I feel that the drama/conflicts at the end of the book wrapped up very quickly so that could’ve been fleshed out a little more. Despite that I still would recommend this book for anyone looking for a tension filled single parent romance!

This book is Yellowstone meets cowboy romance! It has a tense secondary plot like Love Me Today and the ranch vibes of Elsie Silver and Done & Dusted. I liked Ruby and Charlie, I think their chemistry swayed more instalove than I prefer but I am a sucker for a protective MMC who is sweet under their grumpy exterior so they outweighed it for me. I felt that Ruby’s secret was drawn out much further than necessary. Despite that I think the tension between her desire for freedom, not wanting to be a burden, and her loved ones wanting to care for her was something you could feel while reading. I wish we got to see more of the secondary plot I felt the ending with that was quite rushed since it was handled by the other characters. I’m hoping book 2 will give some more insight into that portion of the plot. I would recommend this for someone looking for a cowboy romance with a side of tension and instant passion.

Kandi Steiner did it again, a sports romance queen! Hockey romances are just *chef’s kiss* and this one did deliver. I enjoyed reading Jaxson and Grace’s story. Jaxson and Grace were well written they both had great depth to them. I loved that they pushed each other to be vulnerable and were supportive safe spaces to be able to do that. I liked the contrast of a fun unplanned road trip with a romantic and deep relationship. A brother’s best friend/teammate trope can be a fun one but I will say Vince was extra af and it was unnecessary. Despite that this book was a hit, great romance (it even had me tearing up!) and that quality Kandi spice. I recommend this for the hockey and forbidden romance girlies. I can’t wait for Daddy P’s book, I just know it’ll be my favorite!

I do love a friends to lovers/fake dating romance! Something about that combination is *chef’s kiss* especially when they have been longtime friends. This dating auction plot has the bid a basket Gilmore Girls ep vibes but more elaborate. I liked Lee and Annie, it was fun getting to see their friendship in more detail. They deeply cared about each other and it was clear from the start. I recommend this one for fans of small town romances.

This is Ana Huang’s best work yet!! I was immediately emotionally invested with Alessandra and Dominic. You could feel the devastating heartbreak despite the deep love alongside the characters. Ana does an excellent job of writing the story in a way readers can feel connected even if they have not experienced something similar. I made the mistake of reading this on a flight and almost cried over 5 times! Dominic’s commitment to winning back Alessandra was swoon worthy. He really listened and let his actions show he had changed. I absolutely loved this book and need everyone to read it (it can be read as a standalone). This book is perfect for fans of Before I Let Go by Kennedy Ryan.
