I enjoyed The Kingmaker! Kennedy Ryan is so good at writing emotional connections between love interests. She’s particularly great at second chance romances where she builds a strong foundation, realistic conflict, and then a strong connection when they reunite. I love how strong willed and determined both Lennix and Maxim are. They are so passionate about their causes and each other. I easily found myself rooting for them. And this cliffhanger?! Thank god I can immediately download the next book to my Kindle because I need to know what happens next.

Gender Queer is the first graphic novel I’ve ever read. I loved that this memoir was a graphic novel I think that it made the content even more approachable for readers. I read this book quickly in one sitting. I really felt for Maia as I read. Also, the illustrations in this book were fabulous. I would totally recommend this book!

The Princess Trap is a quick spicy read.  It took me a little while to get into this story, it was a slow start for me. I wish that Cherry and Ruben spent a little more time together and getting to know each other and build up that connection. Despite that I will say this book is hot! I’d recommend it for fans of fake engagements and royal romances.

This book was a quick read, it was cute and cheesy in a fun way! I liked Tara and Trevor, I enjoyed the friendship that developed between the two and how they opened up to each other. I wish this book was dual POV because Trevor’s perspective would’ve added some depth to the story. One thing that bothered me was how tough Crystal was on her sister I know she was trying to prevent her from being hurt but she came across as dismissive. I would recommend this book for fans of the movie What’s Your Number?

While this was a quick and easy read, I was pretty disappointed with this book. Hallie is peak quirky chaotic girl and I am so over that trope. Equally as extreme in personality (but in the opposite way) was Julian. I found them hard to like/relate to individually and as a couple. Unfortunately this book did not have enough depth and left me feeling disconnected from the story. I’m a fan of Tessa Bailey but this is one that you could skip reading.

A solid ending to the Red Zone Rivals series. I enjoyed this book it was a nice and easy read. Some of my favorite scenes in the book were when Leo and Mary were with the rest of the group. I will say this book’s use of the big dick trope was a little over the top, so much so I laughed out loud. I also didn’t love the third act breakup I really didn’t feel like Leo’s actions should have caused that reaction. Despite that I still enjoyed the book!

I enjoyed this book, it was a solid romance. I liked the concept of the book but I wanted a little more out of Theo and Alba’s dynamic. I wanted to see more of that emotional connection build. I feel like they went from bickering to banging but didn’t leave a lot of room for the emotional bond between the two. That being said this book is hot! I did enjoy reading it and would recommend!

Elsie Silver does it again! She is so good at building relationships between well rounded characters. I loved Jasper and Sloane, they were characters you rooted for individually and together right from the start. I enjoyed seeing their relationship evolve as they became more vulnerable and honest with each other. It also can’t go without saying that this book is hot y’all! Honorable mention to the scenes with Willa and the rest of the Chesnut Springs and Gold Rush Ranch crews. I definitely would recommend this book. I can’t wait to continue with this series!

I absolutely loved this book! I loved Ryan and Indy as individuals but even more what they brought out in each other. I enjoyed the progression of their relationship- roommates to fake dating to a full on relationship. Ryan and Indy love each other so deeply and really are so tender with their care. I couldn’t put this book down. It made me smile and laugh along with the characters one moment and fanning myself from the spice the next. Honorable mention to getting to see more of Zanders, Stevie, and Rio. I definitely recommend this book (and Mike High). I can’t wait to continue on with the series!

I absolutely loved this book! It was so beautifully written. I just kept swooning every step of the way. Cal and Grace are both the sweetest. They deeply care about each other and pay special attention to meeting the other’s needs. Maddie is the cutest and I loved seeing what she brought out of Cal and Grace. Honorable mention to a solid cast of characters in the friend group. Everyone needs to run and download this book immediately. I am so glad that I found this book!
