Unfortunately this was my least favorite book in the series. While I still enjoyed this book I felt it fell flatter than the others. I don’t love when the main characters don’t know each other’s true identity so I think that hindered my enjoyment. Despite that I still couldn’t put the book down. After reading about Emmett in the previous 5 books, it was nice to dive into his head and get his POV. I absolutely would recommend that everyone check out this series!

Despite accidental pregnancy being a trope I don’t generally enjoy, I really liked reading this book! Leo is one of those characters who can’t see the good in them and therefore consistently gets in their own way of happiness. I found myself rooting for Leo right from the start. I also really like Cassandra. I think the up and down dynamic of their relationship for the first half of the book was very realistic. I was so glad when they worked it out. I wish we got a little more closure when it came to the attempted murder plot- I needed a little bit for explanation as to why
Tucker’s nephew went to such lengths to try to kill Leo specifically <\spoiler>. Maybe we’ll find out more in the final book. I have not been able to put this series down and am sad to only have one book left!

I absolutely loved this book and could not put it down! Similar to Riven Knight,  this book featured forced proximity between the two main characters where they are living together. The twist for this book- protective custody. I loved Scarlet and Luke’s dynamic, he was so patient and gentle with her and she quickly became open to building trust in him. This book has a great balance of romance and suspense with drama involving the Warriors. I for sure would recommend this book and am ready to start the next book asap!

This was a solid addition to the Clifton Forge series. The romance in this wasn’t as strong as Book 2. I wish this one had a little more of the subplot because I really enjoyed that about the past 2 books in the series. Despite that I still enjoyed this book. Presley is a character you immediately root for. Shaw is your typical charming celebrity stuck in a small town but he has some depth that rounds out his character. I wish we saw a little more drama around their relationship because it felt like it was built up that the boys at the garage wouldn’t support it but that did not end up being the case. I am very interested to see where things so in the next book!

Wow this book was so so good! Unlike the first book in the series, Steel King, Riven Knight really delivered on both fronts the romance plot line and the murder mystery plot line. I am a sucker for a marriage of convenience story and Genevieve and Isaiah’s was no different. I loved the progression of their relationship, how they slowly built trust and supported each other. Genevieve was so kind as she helped Isaiah come to terms with his past. They were a couple you really rooted for. At the same time this book continues with the unresolved murder mystery from Steel King- and boy was it a doozy! I can’t believe we didn’t get answers until the last chapter but it was all worth the wait. I am loving this series and can’t wait to continue on!

I really enjoyed this book, it started a little slow but once I got into the story I couldn’t put it down. The mystery aspect of the story was really well done, it kept me guessing. I was disappointed that it wasn’t resolved in this book so hopefully the remaining questions are answered in book 2. I liked the romance between Dash and Bryce but the murder mystery plot was the real driver of this story. Looking forward to continuing this series!

I normally struggle with nonfiction but I really enjoyed reading this book. I felt that the writing was very accessible. I liked that the writer discussed language usage- including historical context and best practices. I appreciated the discussion of historical timelines in conjunction with concepts to help contextualize things for the reader. This book broke things down into manageable pieces. I definitely would recommend this book!

Wow this book exceeded my expectations! I mean the sweet friendship, the tension, the pining, and the spice- this book really delivered. I wasn’t expecting the slow burn so the bangxiety was real with this was but so worth it. Because once the heat was turned up it was hot! I loved Breaker and Lia’s friendship throughout but especially loved seeing their relationship evolve romantically in the second half of the book. So happy there was no 3rd act breakup for this story. I absolutely recommend this book, it’s the perfect mix of sweet and spicy for a friends to lovers book!

The Edens series continues to not disappoint! I really enjoyed this story- you really felt the emotional pull between Talia and Foster. I felt like the conflict between them was a great twist and one that had you feeling for both characters. I would definitely recommend this book. I can’t wait to read Jasper Vale when it gets released!

I really enjoyed this book! Knox is just the sweetest, it just warmed my heart how quickly he considered Memphis and Drake his family. Similar to Indigo Ridge, Devney Perry has an outside event serve as the “conflict” rather than internal/external favors that lead to the traditional 3rd act breakup. This is a fun change from the usual formula. This book is perfect for fans of the single parent trope!
