Amazing! One of the best books I have read in a while!

Melinda Gates wrote such a strong and powerful book, full of heartwrenching stories that spur you into action. I read this book last month and I still can't formulate the words to describe how much I loved this book!
The Nature Fix: Why Nature Makes Us Happier, Healthier, and More Creative by Florence Williams

Being in an environmental science class there are times when I seek out books that prove the importance of nature.

I heard of this book while I was watching muchelleb on YouTube and I got it from my library immediately.

I found this book to be extremely scientific/textbook like, while at the same time being an autobiography style novel.

Recommended for:

• Those who enjoy nature
• Those who hate nature but want to enjoy it
• Those who want to improve their lives
• Those who enjoy nonfiction books
