I was enraptured by this book and am very glad I got to experience it. I’ll be thinking about this one for a while.
Garth Marenghi's TerrorTome by Garth Marenghi

I love Marenghi’s character but really prefer to watch/listen rather than read him. His speaking style and cadence are something that, while I can imagine them as I read along, I read much faster than allowing my brain to imagine him speaking the book and it’s throwing off my attention span. I may try to read along with the audiobook at some point.

I really liked the ideas and themes but, while I have enjoyed plenty of YA fiction as an adult, the writing was just a bit elementary for me. Recommending it to my 11 year old though, I think she will love it.
