One of the best Indian - American books I have read that is just sweet right from the start.
Let's start from the beginning alright. The story revolves around an aspiring filmaker Twinkle Mehra that wants to achieve her filmaking dreams. She teams up with her crush's brother to make a new movie for a film festival. Soon she then realizes she likes the much more nerdy and quirky brother Sahil then the hotter and swimmer supervisor twin brother.
All in all I thought this book was super cute all round and has all those lovey dovey feelings WHICH I'M TOTALLY OBSESSED WITH.
Let's talk about SAHIL FREAKING ROY
1) ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE
2) OBSESSED WITH TWINKLE AND IS THE ABSOLUTE SWEETEST SOUL IN THE UNIVERSE
3) UHM SUPER HOT DID I FORGET TO MENTION?!

The book was quite enjoyable throughout and I was absolutely hooked until the end.
The thing about this book was that it wasn't that good of a mystery thriller compared to other books I've read. It was draggy in the middle and the story only kept repeating over and over again. Only towards the end there was some sort of storyline.
If you want to really good mystery thriller book which a good story line and a twist then this isn't the book for you.
But I would love to keep an open mind to the author's work

Well I'm going to be honest this isn't my first rodeo with the age gap trope and the whole boyfriend's dad trope but why did I kind of like it?? Only the lord knows AHAH.

This book was one my absolute favorite thriller/mystery book of all time
I can't talk about enough of how this book was so good. It's literally slept on guys. There were times this book made me absolutely shook of how twisted a person can be. Lily was one disturbed girl. Killing someone who almost raped you that's understandable. KILLING SOMEONE WHO CHEATED ON YOU. Girl you needed help. I mean she would've gotten away with everything had she not stabbed the police officer. ALSO WHERE WAS THE ROMANCE BETWEEN THE OFFICER KIMBALL AND LILY??!! I WAS WAITING ON IT. She was absolutely insane but normal on the outside that was what made the story absolutely good. It was as if no one suppected her in the first place.
The story line has gotten better and better with every part and I loved how the characters were co-realated with each other. The book definitely matches it's title.
BUT THE CLIFF HANGER ALHSMSBSMSBJS. HELP YOU HAVE TO RELEASE ANOTHER SEQUEL TO IT.
ALL IN ALL. READ THE BOOK IT'S WORTH IT.
