I truly love Goldie as an actress, but I’m not sure if I learned anything new here. I’m actually not into “celebrity” authors and to read this for a mindfulness certification class. I was a little taken back that they choose this book as a “text book” for mindfulness with kids. It was still very Hollywood-lifestyle based, nothing I could really use for kids with some extreme anxiety, amongst other things.
