I have never watched a Cricket match in my life and now I wanna see what all the hype is about!  This book had some of my favourite tropes and I loved every second of it.  While the story was mostly predictable, I still loved seeing Queenie and Noah's relationship progression.  I loved seeing a twist on my usual sports romance with a relatively unknown (for me) sport.  Queenie felt super relatable with her black-cat vibes and you can't help but fall for the Australian cricket god, Noah.  Their one-night stand turns into a PR disaster, resulting in a fake-dating, forced proximity, enemies-to-lovers situation.  Noah's roommates were a highlight for me and really helped round out the story.  Off to go find a cricket match online now!

Ooh, I love a dark MC romance and this one was no exception! Raiden and Lucrezia's story draws you right in from the very beginning.  Lucrezia may be a mafia princess but she is also a strong, feisty badass. Raiden is our protective hero who gets drawn into her revenge plot.  Their banter and chemistry are fantastic and seeing them fall for one another is so satisfying. This book is full of twists and suspense and keeps you hooked right up until the end.
