So good! Smut, and just enough discord between the main characters. I liked A Touch of Darkness series, however I felt like they just fought constantly. It was nice that in this book the main characters gave one another shit, but weren’t constantly at each other’s throats.

I liked how they didn’t have powers and were more
political players. It was a nice spin on it. I always loved how Persephone saved Hades in this telling. It was a refreshing change.

I wish there would’ve been more of a backstory and plot line. The smut was good, however the whole daddy/babygirl thing just isn’t for me. I will still read the second book. I loved the author’s take on Hades and Persephone in Neon Gods.
