I've been meaning to read something by this author for a while and happened to come across this one day.

Wasn't too sure what to expect with this one but I enjoyed it and plan to read more of his books!

It was good, there was action, a pretty interesting plot, even a bit of romance and yet..it didn't feel like Reacher.

Having now read a few of the Jack Reacher books done by Andrew Child, I feel like although his Reacher and Lee Child's Reacher are similar, they're not the same. Like an imposter doing their best to seem like the real deal.

I was struggling to decide between 2 and 3 stars but that ending was honestly so bad. It had to be 2.

The idea of the book was interesting but in reality, it was a lot of dialogue, yet simultaneously no communication.

Were the characters supposed to be hugely unlikeable? Because I couldn't stand any of them.

This was an odd one for me. Although there was action in a good portion of the book, I still found myself bored for a chunk of it.

It didn't leave the same "wow what a bad**s" feeling I tend to get when reading a Jack Reacher novel.
