This book covers just a handful of ways that the homogeneous tech industry fails anyone slightly different from those making the products. Using copious examples and references (there’s 20 pages of them), Sara covers issues including “cutesy” messaging that fails as soon as it’s in a slightly different context to the continued belief that tech is a meritocracy.

This story was able to consistently surprise me and kept me enthralled. The characters were incredibly well written and the plot flowed at a reasonable pace. I’m looking forward to reading the continuation of the series.
