I really enjoyed this one and it carries such an important message throughout, it sickens me that this is a message we have to deliver. This is not a book for ones who don’t love a bit of gore and if you’re looking for romance or smut, it ain’t here. Definitely check the trigger warnings, which I will list below, because you definitely need to go into it prepared. I really enjoy Marla’s writing and how it stands out from her other work as Tanya Lynn, as well as standing out from other authors I’ve read. It’s also been confirmed that I am just as fucked up as Marla and took the story in my own direction which is probably very concerning. If you can handle the trigger warnings mentioned, definitely pick it up.

I enjoyed this one and it was nice to watch Aiden become more confident in little ways. Calder is so enamoured by Aiden and watching him be this massive golden retriever for him and all the little things he does is just really adorable to watch. I really enjoy the writing by the author, but at times it feels a little fast and I would love it to be slowed down that little bit so that we can really grow this bond with the characters, by getting to explore more of the scenes in a bit more detail, this is just a personal thing for me, the writing is still very much enjoyable and doesn’t effect the plot line. I can’t wait to see more of where their story goes and what is going to happen.

This prequel novella is the perfect little set up to the rest of the series. We get a nice little introduction to the main characters and their personalities, which I'm looking forward to exploring in more depth. I'm interested to see what is going to happen with the plot and how that is going to play out.

I just personally couldn't vibe with this book and I don't think I will be picking up the rest of the series. As much as I could feel for Teddy and what she was going through, I found the characters to be annoying and I couldn't connect with them. I would of loved for everything to have slowed down and, personally, not feel a bit all over the place, so that we could really watch Asher and Teddy explore the option of a proper relationship. The idea and the intent of the book and series is really good, but just personally not for me.

I enjoyed this one and it’s definitely helped me out of my reading slump. Personally there were some stories not for me and that’s okay because not every story is going to be for everyone. There were so many different writing styles which lent to the authors' individualities and gave them that layer to stand out from each other. There are some stories that have made me eager to check out the series that are to come and full length novels. Definitely worth the read, it’s such a nicely paced book that just has you flowing through it. I found some new authors that I can’t wait to check out their work and explore.

I enjoyed this one and found the character’s to be really interesting. There’s definitely a really good storyline to this book and I’m really intrigued to see where it goes in the rest of the series, especially after that ending, I personally felt like we lost it a little bit in the middle and it definitely became a lot more character focused, but as soon as it came back things really started to pick up again. The dynamics between the characters and their personalities balance out quite nicely and it’s interesting to watch them all open up in little ways. There was the odd moment where things felt like they were moving quite quickly but I appreciated the author acknowledging it within her writing, as it made it that bit more digestible to read. The writing itself is very immersive and I really loved the way the author built the world and showcased it so beautifully. Definitely been left eager for more.

This one took me some time to get into, as personally it felt like we did a lot of flitting about. I enjoyed the story and the plot is interesting but at about 60% it felt like a sudden 360° was done and it left me a bit confused. Suddenly these characters were in a different position and everything had turned upside down, to me personally it didn’t feel like there was much of a build up to it. From there the book continued to feel like it was flitting, the writing just seemed a little unorganised to me. In general the author’s idea behind the story is a good one and I can see the intent but even though I did enjoy it, I don’t know if the style of writing is for me as it was little off putting.

Well this one was a very pleasant surprise, I had the time of my life reading this one. The spice was balanced perfectly with the moments that had me laughing. This book was honestly just such a good time and a really nice, easy read. The characters were interesting and watching all of them develop and grow together was such a good time. Robert definitely had the most growth out of the three of them and it was so fulfilling to see him finally come into himself and accept what he really wants from life. I loved the writing style and how smoothly it all flowed, the different elements that came into play, slotted in really well. I am absolutely adoring G.M Fairy’s work and can not wait to dive into more because it really does brighten up my day.

I really bloody enjoyed this one and I don't know if I will ever be able to look at The Wizard of Oz the same way again😂. I loved the characters and their developments throughout, the breaking down of a lot of walls and the bond they all created. There is definitely a nice balance between the plot and the spice, and the spice was definitely spicing🥵. The plot is a really interesting one and it gives a lot of homage to the original book, whilst giving it that edgier feel that keeps you on your toes waiting for the next twist. We get to have a look at character’s that we only hear off in the original book, which added a nice little layer to it. I can’t wait to read the other books in this series and see if they also ruin the classics for me (all in a good way).

I really enjoyed this one, I flew through it so quickly, which I was really surprised about considering its over 400 pages long. I loved the characters and their story, there was some really nice banter throughout, which balanced some of the heavier topics. There was a lot of time jumps at the end which made it feel a little rushed but I was glad to see that they got their happy ending. There was some interesting layers to the characters and getting to explore them, the bond that Clodagh built with Teagan was really sweet. Watching Killian build not only confidence and strength in his relationship with his daughter but also with Clodagh and how he lets some of his walls down to truly let her in, was gripping to watch. Definitely one that I recommend picking up.
