A Little Life by Hanya Yanagihara

Did not finish book. Stopped at 35%.
We all probably know where this crumpled for me, i got sick and tired of reading something that has no intention of doing anything but causing emotional damage... Anyway, i saw the recording of the play, I got angry at the author, and then I decided that this will be the very first book I ever DNF... Honestly fuck that.

It was a fun little short read in between all these massive bibles that I'm currently reading... Was i a bit confused as to what was happening sometimes, yes, but it didn't really bother me, i got the idea in the end there...

I wanted yo throw it across the room multiple times, i hit my wall rather hard at one point, and I screamed into my pillow multiple times... All positive reactions if you can believe it...

I don't know what to tell you, I have like very little interest in reading the rest of the Bridgeton books, but I jsut wanted to read this since I freaking LOVE the season 1 of the Netflix series, and it did not disappoint, liked it as much as the series...

Ah, to be somwhere in northern Italy, and to be in love... I have issues with this book, but i am choosing to ignore them for the greater good of myself...

My brother finished this, i still haven't I'll be back when I have, but here's what he thought:

5 stars
The book was amazing with its story telling, and twists, having a lot of unexpected stuff happen in it, and the last chapter's start was very touching on a certain way, and I don't mean the stuff that is going on between Persephone and Hades.

My Ace ass was not ready for that shit, but it was good, and if I just didn't think about it too hard the smut scenes didn't hurt to read as much... Heh... :D

Also my brother read this book as well... I regret letting him do that, but you know... Here's his rating of it since he doesn't do these apps:

4.5 stars
Because the beginning was a bit unclear to him at first so that's why it looses a half a star...
