This is a gorgeous story full of heart, wit, and the search for belong both in the cosmos & in a community. I loved Annie Fisk and all the people who touched her life along the way.

A comprehensive and heartbreaking review of just how manipulative, pervasive, and horrible MLMs are. I loved that Jane Marie really emphasized that all humans are susceptible to these kinds of "businesses" because of how our brains are wired and the horrendous economic conditions of our time. She maintained compassion for those who join MLMs throughout the book while holding those who found them accountable.
