So good and so wild. I didn't know too much going in and loved that. The writing is impeccable.

This was a super fascinating nonfiction listen that mixed memoir, music anecdotes, and neuroscience. I feel that the packing seemed to suggest that you would walk away with a listener profile for yourself, but it's more of forming a knowledgeable foundation on what your profile could be. I learned a ton from this book and while I felt like the pacing could have been a tad quick, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

This was so enjoyable as an audiobook. Super cozy, low-stakes, and smart.

excellent narration. fascinating ideas and reflection; however, there were a lot of threads and some didn't feel well-developed or necessary.
