I am laughing at the reviews of this work just as much as I was laughing at the work itself. (And that can mean anything.)

Well. That was boring.
Were the author to have allotted even a few pages of this word vomit to making the narrator either likeable or detestable, it may have held my attention more. I did my best to keep in mind the symbolic quality of dreams while plodding through the story, yet over and over again, I caught myself questioning whether that style made the slight misuse of an obscure word sufferable.
That's not what I was anticipating would be the most memorable thing about this work.
