I always love a manga romcom. Our two main characters are the perfect high schoolers , cutesy, demure and mindful.  At least they are in school. However, after our FMC Katsura reveals her true self by accident,  she learns she's not the only one with an alter ego.  This plot flips the tough guy with a soft side trope on its head and brought a fresh take on a well loved theme.  This manga reminds me of the intro to Maid-Sama and I'm looking forward to reading more.

I absolutely loved the ending,  I smiled,  I cried (incredibly rare), I wanted more but it ended just right.

If you like young love,  a little paranormal,  and heart warming stories.  This was a beautiful series.

A fae mafia vibe romance set in New Orleans. I picked this up as a pallate cleanser but I actually ended up getting rather invested. I know it was listed as 2 narrators but I think 98% was through our FMC. I only recall 1 chapter narrated by Aiden.

I actually really enjoyed this book despite my lower rating.

One big takeaway for me isnt a fault of the book but just how it was consumed. There were some flashbacks taking place and on audio it was really hard to figure out who was where. There were a lot of interconnected story lines and I'd often struggle to figure out who we were with by name.

I did power through this in a single sitting, the series of events were still twisty enough to surprise me.
