I loved this book through and through, but I'm one of those people who watched the movie first (had no knowledge that it was based on a book). God I am so SO angry at what they've done with it. They changed every single thing, even the main characters and their peculiarities! I was so confused when I started reading and so annoyed by the end of the book. I just wonder why they couldn't follow it.

This book was a bit strange to me. I am well aware and used to Japan's traditions and i was not surprised by her advice regarding talking to objects, but I did find it a bit extremist at times.

Yet, this was a very useful read and has inspired me to start tidying my own space. I started 2 days ago with my clothes and I can't believe with just how much i parted. I had never discarded so much in my life. There is actual room in my wardrobe!

I'm going to update my blog in the future with my progress.
