Fantastic book! It was very informative and brought a lot of interesting perspectives. The ideas and examples are very well thought out and Malcolm Gladwell does and excellent job coming from an academic standpoint while keeping it approachable to a general audience. I read it in two days while on vacation and simply couldn't put it down.
