Very conflicted on this one. Tillie Walden is always 5/5 for me, and the art retains its dreamlike sketchy quality; I don't dislike her treatment of the universe here, but the story felt unpolished and unnecessary. Nothing Clementine does makes sense if you've played to the end of the Telltale story and the pacing is really uneven. Not to mention there's no explanation for WHY this book is happening - why Clem felt the sudden need to sacrifice her hard-earned happy ending for the sake of another journey, entirely brushed over. Ultimately I'm not sure it justifies its existence, but I suppose that's what the next book is for.
