I really loved books 1, 2, and 75% of book 3, but I the ending didn't sit well with me. Really? Love between two tweens saves the world? Ok then.

But that aside, these books are so good. So good.

I recommend this to anyone who says there are no good women protagonists in science fiction. Gibson has created a woman who feels completely real to me -- she thinks about clothes, but not all the time. Thinks about men, but not all the time. She has female friends. She has male friends. You get my point. This shouldn't be something worth remarking on in a review, and yet...

One of the few sci-fi novels that holds up to multiple reads. Although, frankly, it took me 2 reads to really get a handle on what was going on. (Which is my fault, not one of Gibson's.)
