I received an advance review copy for free, and I am reviewing this honestly.

Overall I did enjoy this book. I sometimes felt not much really happened, and for a long time I was unsure how to rate it. In the end I found the merrow mythology interesting, and for the most part engaging. I got a bit of a Percy Jackson vibe from it, but with a different plot. I liked the Irish parts of it, and kept finding myself searching up the names to learn more about them. There were also some plot twists, which I enjoyed. If you're interested in the topics in the book, I would recommend checking it out, and I will consider continuing the series when the next book comes out.

I really enjoyed this one, and went through it pretty fast. I got into the book from the first page, and kept wanting to read it.

Cute and easy to read romance, with a side of mystery.

I'd say it's an open door romance, but not super duper graphic either.

I've never read from this author before, but I would recommend.

I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
