I wish I could put it at a 3.875. I really enjoyed it and like the themes but something didn't quite click the same way as the cherry orchard did. Maybe I just read it all too fast haha

An enjoyable read, but the format of it confused me at points. Pechorin was a bastard and sucks as a person, but it was interesting to see his perspective and what happened throughout his life.

A very enjoyable read for class. I love Pushkin's poetic voice so much, and he does a wonderful job of bringing these characters to life.

This was a really nice book. I loved to get the chance to meet Ro on the page and learn about everything that made her, her. I also loved her journey of growth as a person. The prose is absolutely beautiful, and I loved the hopeful outlook at the end.
