Thank you BookSirens and Starlit Press for the E-ARC!

As always Tao Wong describes food beautifully, I am a little sad the story in this novella didn’t come to a complete resolution but I hope that we get more because I love these characters!

Thank you NetGalley and Oni Press for the E-ARC!

Like most anthologies, this is a mixed bag. There were some stories I liked better than others. The brevity of each segment is both a blessing and a curse. On the one hand, if you aren't vibing with it, the ending comes quickly. On the other, there were several I wanted to be filled out just a bit more. Overall, EC's return is a great start and I hope they put out more!

I think I need to come to terms with the fact that I prefer Holmes in movie form.

I’m so glad the author decided to continue with this series. These books are delightful and I can’t wait to read the next one!

A solid listen but I agree with other reviews that this reads as being for people who already agree with the topic versus being geared towards people trying to start learning about the topic.

Every story in this book is so good! Like no joke, I was left with my jaw on the floor saying “holy sh*t” on several of them.

Problematic ideas and words aside, the format of this story may have worked when serialized but in book form leaves a lot to be desired. The more that I read Holmes, the more I realize I like the movies better.
