new favourite book. insanely good, some odd coincidences but i can look past it all — looked forward to reading *that* conversation for the sake of closure but to be honest it’s not super important either. i couldn’t put this down holy shit it’s been a while since i’ve found a book with the same grip this had over me

went from 3.75 to 4.. i wanted to like it more because there are so many individual beautiful quotes in this book, but that in the context of the whole narrative just feel kinda forced and pretentious.. especially with some of the narrator excerpts

definitely had “just communicate ffs” moments but REALISTICALLY SPEAKING… doesn’t everyone have these moments. i love love loved the friendship and the time given to it in the story too
