Not the worst story but it felt like a fanfic the writing isn't anything extraordinary....and all the characters have the same personality almost. Literally every character was sassy or snarky. I feel like the storyline is interesting but super predictable the author pretty much spells out the twists to you

Over all I give the book a solid 2.5⭐ its decently intriguing but I CANNOT get over Ellie winning allies over with her "good looks and big chest" like it is so repeatedly thrown in our face how gorgeous and tiny this curvaceous human is and that all the men in the camp just fall to their knees to be allies.
Auden calling Ellie his tiny bunny repeatedly was annoying at least call her bunny or little bunny or bun like change it tf up.
I wish I could have finished but Ellie never having to struggle (not really) to get anywhere and her never failing at anything really, idk if this is supposed to be low stakes but fuck it was a hard read plot is interesting just hate the execution of how our FMC is just soooooooooo pretty no one cannot not be her ally 🫠🫠🫠🫠
