Library book check out tim  ran out. Only got about a chapter and a half in. You cannot renew a book that someone else put a hold on for down the road. So, this is really indicator of the book now.

I started this book, worked 8 days in a row, did Thanksgiving, and Black Friday Holiday shopping. I had single day off with nothing to do, then another two days of work, and then I woke up to see it was due at the library. So nothing against the book here. I didn't really get far enough into it really start forming an opinion.

Beastly Beauty by Jennifer Donnelly
Did not finish book. Stopped at 36%.

It was severely overdue at my library, and I figured if I hadn't been able to finish it now then holding it out longer wouldn't help. It was a slog to get through, and the author doesn't understand chapters. You should have 100+ chapters in a book that is only around 400 pages. It quickly realized that the author doesn't know how to transition between scenes, so their just end a chapter after ever single scene......which is a choice. Not a good one but a choice nonetheless.
