This is a fun, light mystery who done it story. It reminds me of "Knives out" or "Only murders in the building." It's the same kind of quirky humor. The narrator, for the audiobook, actually sounds like Selina Gomez. I found this book to be fun, as the main character writes footnotes of what she's thinking throughout the story. She breaks the 4th wall and addresses the reader. It was a fun summer read, set in Rome!

I loved this book! The Sicilian Inheritance had a bit of mystery, historical fiction, mafia, and romance. I loved the dual POVs and dual timelines. Both were very engaging. I loved how it was a story of friendship, with some romance and adventure sprinkled in! Being of Sicilian decent, I found it very interesting to learn about some of historical facts and references to actual towns and traditions. A lot of it made me reflect on my own family traditions, what I experienced when i visited Sicily. The story really pulled me into the struggles the Sicilian women women face. I felt both characters were strong women, having to face their own personal struggles and learning to persevere. I thought the whole book was magical, and now I want to sell off all my things and move to Sicily!

This was a fun popcorn thriller. I kind of suspected the twist, lol I like the short chapters. I thought the main character was very gullible, like maybe too gullible. If you want a quick thriller, where you don't care if the story is plausible, Freida is it.

I love the way Alex Finlay writes. His books are fast-paced, short chapters, and lots of action. There were a lot of POVs in the book, and I had to go back to the beginning of the chapter to make sure I knew who was talking, lol it was still fun to have all the characters stories blend together. I think it was a fun Mob story that had you traveling around the world, I guessed one of the twists, it's not my favorite Finaly book, but I was really excited to finally read it!

It is a good story of redemption, friendship, family, and love. I like how it was about Nestas trials in her redemption. It was really in-depth about her struggles and what she was dealing with because she did go through a lot of trauma, and she was not just "okay" after the war. I would have liked to read more about Feyre and Rhysand. The book was a bit slow for me in the beginning. The emotions got better near the end it. The priestesses stories and the bravery of all of the women in this series were very inspiring.
