There were a few useful things in this book, especially regarding stress and dealing with other people’s negative opinions and behaviors towards you. But it could have been about a third as long and the tone was off for me. The author came across, to me, as an out of touch know-it-all that is high on her own supply. I know so many people really love it so I feel a bit like I’m missing something, but this was my experience with the book.
