This is my favorite spicy holiday romance! I love it so much that I've read it two Christmases in a row. Damian Martinez is the ultimate book boyfriend and Abbie Keller is so relatable. Abbie gets caught up in a revenge scheme against her ex-boyfriend, which involves making a plan to date his boss (Damian). Damian ends up being kind, thoughtful, and sweet. And every time he calls her "naranja"...swoon! The suspense about if/when/how Damian will find out about the scheme and how he will react kept me reading page after page, and Morgan Elizabeth did not disappoint. I absolutely recommend this if you're looking for a fun holiday romance with a twist of spice.
I devoured this book! It is so refreshing to read about a brilliant woman in STEM as the main character in a romance. Slow-burn, enemies-to-lovers, and BANTER!
