I was completely sucked into this book, and honestly wish it was longer!! I have so many questions about the story, in the best of ways. I need a sequel. And a prequel. ASAP!!! I would have liked a lot more world building and answers to a lot of my "HOW DID WE GET HERE"s. Hoping for more from this series and this author!

Didn't fully understand the flow of the book. There's a lot of jumping around with no inclination that you're going from present thoughts to inner dialogue dealing with demons from a past fling. The present scenes were great and very HOT, but I would have liked a little more description and more time in those moments. Maybe I was looking for more smut than emotion and loathing. And the ending is... interesting? Didn't hate it, didn't fully love it. I'll give the author another chance, in the future.
