Wonderfully written debut! Was captivated from the start by the language and character development of the protagonist alone. That said, I thought this story was going to be something more fantastical than a study on witch trials before I started. So I liked it but didn't love it. Would definitely recommend though!
SUCH mastery from a debut. Beautifully written, wonderfully unique plot structure and I twist that is so subtle in how it builds. Do yourself a favor a read this, but don't read through all the reviews, just let Collins take you for a deliciously imaginative and romantical ride.
