A cute story about finding yourself and who you want to be. We follow Abigail as she tries to become the deputy of Little Spittle but finds out just how hard it can be when the Bandit queen comes to town to steal the calcified heart and awaken dinomagik. Abigail along with Clementine, the daughter of the sheriff and current deputy, must find a way to stop the bandit queen but find themselves with more than they bargain for.
I really enjoyed the illustrations and the message of this book. This would be perfect for reluctant readers age 7+.

A cute story that follows Marnie Midnight as she starts at minibeast academy. We follow her as she makes some new friends and enemies, learns more about her hero Lunora Wingheart and finds out a few truths along the way.
This is a fun story for 7+ about friendship and standing up for what you believe in.

An interesting collection of photos and descriptions of places we should never forget. From abandoned factories where V2 rockets were built to crumbling bunkers and sunken vessels, this book showcases the history of world war 2 through the buildings and wrecks left behind. A reflective and informative read, thank you NetGalley and Amber books Ltd for the opportunity to read and review this interesting book.

I loved this book. The illustrations are bright and eye catching perfect for reluctant readers. The story itself is jam packed with monsters, fight scenes and the friendship woes that come with school.
We follow Eowulf as she learns some home truths about her family and herself and sets out to change them. Fans of Percy Jackson, D&D and Amari and the night brothers will enjoy this.
