It really just wasn’t for me, and I very rarely DNF books. Obscene language, even for a ten year old, doesn’t really phase me, but I found that it was too heavy handed. Plus all the slurs? No thanks. I didn’t get too far into the plot, which maybe could have made it more appealing. Eh, who knows? Not me, not Molly, not even penpal Demarcus. I probably won’t pick it back up.
