I lost intrest in this book, so I couldn't finish it. I realised it isn't meant for me.

💫This book was an interesting read, it was something different. It discussed important topics and I found myself sometimes relating to Natsuki; there were moments that shook me.

📈But the book was really weird, I just couldn't get into it.

💫The book focuses on Sexism, Feminism and the fight to change the world.

💫I resonated in the story, as some events mirror my own and the parents child relationship.

💫Loved the witness

📈Wished there was more depth, sometimes.

💫Plotline was very interesting and different, I like the fantasy element.

💫Takes on a modern take including topics like LGBTQ.

💫Resonated with character in some part,  e.g. searching for feeling of belonging.

📈Female lead was annoying, she was incredibly indecisive and lacked will power to think.

📈She was made weak for character development, but she was made TOO weak. There were times she could have done more, but she didn't.

I have missed this genre plus these feelings the book gave me. I'm so happy to read this book.

💫I loved the spicy scenes, there was clear chemistry between Hades and Persephone. You could feel characters emotions, especially resonated with Persephone relationship with her mother; sacrificing her dreams for her parents + finding it difficult to stand up to them. Feeling powerless and low belief in herself.

📈I thought that the certain scenes were rushed and sometimes I did expect more.

💫The book is an easy read, it talks about anxiety, mental health, trauma, abuse, heartbreak and family relationships.

💫I loved the little witty lines, it added a personality to the book

💫You could feel characters emotions and the pain. I resonated with Queenie in terms of mental health.

📈 Queenie did annoy me sometimes😅

Although it was nice to explore new genre, I couldn't get into the story...however the book is an easy read and wasn't bad.

💫This book was an easy read, I enjoyed it very much. It discusses fandom culture, identity and mental health.

💫 I could feel characters emotions and relate to both leads. For example the negative fandom stereotypes, anxiety.

📈 I did lose a bit of intrest near the end.

I was expecting so much from this book, but I was disappointed. It is a slow pace book so..it's kinda annoying. I just wasn't making a connection enough.
