Solid horror! Good mix of emotionally-driven scenes and paranormal stuff. Sometimes cliche plot points but the story is told so well that it doesn't really matter. I read this in less than 24 hours - a quick, gripping, spooky read.

Everything I wanted Nine Perfect Strangers and Season 2 of Yellowjackets to be. Solid mystery, good amount of twists, fun to figure everything out alongside the characters. Real strong

I just didn't care about any of the characters anymore...everyone felt like a stereotype and nothing was compelling even after
the storm hit the island
. I had a hard time believing any of these couples actually loved each other and the pacing was just meh.
