This book took me by the neck and didn't let go. Margo is such a tender, sweet, and funny protagonist. The way Rufi plays with POV is masterful. Gently philosophical but still entertaining, too. Lovely book.

Ali Hazelwood's voice doesn't always work for me, but this one just clicked! Solid romance, the politics plot was well-laid, good sex scenes, and I thought the way the different species were thought out was pretty cool.

Got lost in the sci Fi explanations sometimes, but they were later woven into the plot pretty seamlessly. Audiobook narrator did an amazing job!

Not usually a romance reader but this had me in a chokehold. Love the characters, love the sex scenes, everyone felt real and believable. Lovely
