A Prayer for Owen Meany by John Irving

This was a wonderful book, but I was annoyed by the capitol letters. In the Afterword, Irving explains that the reason he did that was because red would have been too expensive for his printers. There are Bibles where Jesus' words are in red for emphasis. After realizing that, I flipped back through the book again, and read some of Owen's quotes. They were much more profound then I had originally thought.

This is a really interesting novel about swinging. From an all-American writer. I loved it.
