Ok but the stories were too short, a bit more suspense could have been added

Not really a book, maybe an opening chapter… nothing really happened, don’t really want to find out what happens

If you removed the very bad romance, halved the number of characters and made it an action story it could have been quite good. But instead it was just every character falling in love at first sight and being an idiot. Too many references to the past which weren’t needed and the beginning of the book was all over the place.
The cover of the book never fails to make me laugh!

Well written but there were lots of coincidences and I have no idea if the ending was supposed to mean something…

Overall very interesting, there were a few chapters which were a struggle to get through.
Well written for the average non historian to understand.
