I devoured this book. This book was blood and I'm the leech. I absolutely loved it. The whole damn thing. Misery's humor was basically me. Her banter with Alex - impeccable. The tension between her and Lowe - kmn it was so hot. I was seriously screaming the whole time and laughing out loud. And The cliffhanger on the epilogue! COME ON NOW! Ugh I need more immediately. I truly found myself not wanting to finish the book because I loved it so much.

I definitely liked this story way more than The Fine Print. I love a good fake marriage and Declan and Iris did not disappoint. Did I fall in love with Declan solely for his love of F1 and having veiny arms? Possibly. But the two of them together were perfect. Such a great team. The way that Declan expressed his love by having people change the fonts used, to the foreign untranslatable words, and the not so nice denying her job transfer...but he cared. And I adored Iris, her tenacity, her drive to be the best, and to not give in to Declan after his mistakes. She's a powerhouse.

Did not finish book. Stopped at 67%.
This book seemed interesting from the description, but unfortunately was not for me.

The plot of this book did not progress at all and neither did the character arc of Elsa. I found myself getting annoyed with her being self absorbed and being so in her mind about everything (as in creating fantasies) that she really couldn't be bothered with her actual life and interactions with people. Her incessant need to be on social media and the internet just shows the addictiveness that is the internet. But the way that Elsa used it bordered on obsessive and almost stalker like.

Her character in relation to her family, friends, and past and present relationships also frustrated me to the point of questioning why she does what she does.

Didn't think I'd be into the step-sibling thing, but here we are. Granted they are 13 years apart and didn't grow up together. Number 1, Garrett is hot af and if he were my step brother I'd probably do him too (jk I wouldn't because that's gross and only works in fiction, but you get what I mean). Number 2, Mia and her self love of her body was freaking everything and her gaining power and control over her body made it so much hotter. Number 3, I hated how naive Mia was. Sure she hasn't had much experience but it was more the fact that she gaslit herself into thinking the person she was talking to wasn't Garrett when she knew it was. Overall this book was spicy and I enjoyed the crap out of it.

Loved it. Probably calling myself out with this one, but it was great. Emerson, the age gap, the praise, the d/s. Yeah it was *chefs kiss*. The only part I didn't like was obvi the third act breakup because Emerson couldn't fight for her and choose his son. Like come on dude!

This was a messy book. In the best way possible. It is such an interestkng take on lesbian pulp. I relate so much to Astrid in mannerisms, relating to the world around her, the way she deals with difficult situations (minus the whole Patricia Highsmith). She is chaotic and unapologetic while trying to do better. Astrid is chaotic and self destructive, but trying to figure herself out.

This was cute but slow. I loved the grumpy x sunshine vibes of the book and how Rowan pretended to be someone else to help out Zahra. But overall the book felt a bit lack luster. The plot just wasn't doing it for me.
