Well written and fun story, I was engaged the whole time but I find the predictably of a romcom tedious. I truly did enjoy this for what it was so if this is your kind of book you will love it

I think this book has to be my favorite of the series (so far) I just love a maze! The characters quite literally experience all kinds of twists and turns. The buildup to the impending war is turned up several notches and we get to see a lot of new monsters and everyone skills have evolved and their characters have more depth. It’s just so fun

Did not finish book. Stopped at 46%.
It’s just going to be sad. Too real and I read to escape the real world so I just couldn’t finish this one

Maybe it’s nostalgia but this book is every bit as wonderful as I remember from childhood. There is so much going on and each chapter drives these characters on a new adventure.

I read this in only a few days as I was hooked on every line. The secrets and the relationships leave you guessing at every moment. This is a dark romance but it’s packed full of exciting magic and action as the main character battles several life and death trials. It’s well paced and the characters all have good depth. There are more than a few well written spicy scenes that give you just enough without drawing away focus from the story. It’s not exactly a cliffhanger ending but this will live rent free till I can get my hands on the second book…once she even writes it.

All I can say is I had a good laugh… not because the author was successful at being funny. As someone who swears, and probably too much, these characters swear and it just feels so forced. I think it’s probably hard to pull off a successful retelling of a story we know so well and still find a way to make it your own, and that’s why it gets a few stars. It was a story I’d never heard and never considered, mostly due to the liberties with Greek mythology, but once I got past that it started to read more like a fanfic. Zeus is this spoiled trust fund frat boy, the grandma is shrouded in mystery but mostly just swears and watches tv, our main character throws up a lot, Hades can’t be bothered, and Hera acts a jealous b*tch. I won’t say don’t read it because it’s really not that bad but I wouldn’t recommend it.

This book is very good and definitely had me hooked enough to not want to put it down. It has all the things I love in a story granted I was unsatisfied with the ending of this book I am overall excited to see how the series will end since it seems to all be culminating for a grand finale. I enjoyed how the author constructed the story slowly winding tighter the storylines and characters. I love being kept on my toes and wondering what will come next.
