10/10. I didn't realize how abnormal Americans were for being so obsessive/clingy/neurotic about parenting. It's exhausting. I'm literally thrilled there's another way that isn't at the complete detriment of parental mental health.

This has easily become the new book I'll recommend 1st and 2nd time moms!
