this was my third time reading this series and this book always gives me the most whiplash

But also I love Cas so 3/5 stars I gifted to him

I cannot tell you how I even found this book nor why it would even be recommended to me if that were the case…… I don’t know I just didn’t vibe with it but I’m also heavy into my fantasy/thriller phase so 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ could be a right book wrong time kinda thing

I absolutely loved this book! I’m a sucker for a romance where they both need each other somehow. This one was also lighthearted as much as it was deep. Gonna now do a deep dive on the author and beg her for more books

I am a Meghan Quinn loyalist but this did not get me. I hated the FMC—she definitely sounded young and usually that’s fine/expected. But she was also whiny and I didn’t like how she approached situations with the MMC. Will always read MQ’s books tho ❤️

I tried to like this one I really did. I love me a good possessive mafia romance MMC. HOWEVER, I just didn’t like how 0 to 60 this relationship went and how he talked to her sexually. Gave me the ick
