I liked the 2nd book but it is definately harder when you have watched the second season of the TV show then you read the book. Jenny Han did such a beter job at filling in the gaps that were in the book or adding to the open spots. I can see how when watching the TV show how both Fisher boys have a chnace for Belly's heart whereas in the book its clearer that it one sided. I hear that Season 3 maybe 2025 because of the strike...ugh!!!
This is on my physical 2023 TBR list and it did not disappoint. This book was awesome. I was completely immersed in the story. Did not see something coming and I could not put it down. Cannot not wait to read the other two books in this trilogy. I highly recommend.
Woo I have this book on Audible and the only reason it took so long to complete are the voices of the narration. To be fair if you read this in order the Addicted Series has different voices and it took a minute to get use to these voices. However I still love this series and I cannot wait to start “Hothouse Flower”. The last line got me even thought there were so many of Rose and Connor. This one sums up the whole book. Connor to Rose “Kiss the sky with me.”
