Ok so I admit that the writing wasn’t perfect, there were some plot holes and sometimes a few situations seemed a little too contrived just to propel Arthur’s journey forward but it accomplished what I think it was meant to. I found it sweet, heartwarming and comfortable, and a perfect palate cleanser to read before or after those more complex books that seem to challenge my way of thinking or often leave me emotionally drained. This story was easy like Sunday morning and just what I needed right now…
